  • No, it will only be your group along with the crew on board. We only provide private charters because we find it optimizes the experience of our guests by allowing them to fully customize their trip to their liking and have the Captain and First Mate absolute attention, to answer any inquiries you may have throughout the day.

  • Yes, Infinity Private Charters welcome children of all ages and our boats are fully equipped with

    life jackets in a wide variety of sizes from infants to adults.

  • We recommend for you to book your charter with at least 24 hours in advance in order to ensure that everything is in place for the time of your charter. However, this may vary depending on whether its high season, which is from November through May or low season.

  • Yes, our boats are fully equipped with jackets of a wide range from infants to adults.

  • If there’s meant to be bad weather on the day of your charter we will contact you the day before to discuss whether you would like to go ahead with your charter, if the weather permits it, or if you would like to change your booking to a more convenient date for you. Due to safety being one our top priorities, if our Captain decides the weather is not good enough for you to have a comfortable and safe trip, we will inform you and let you decide on how to go from there.

  • If the weather becomes uncooperative halfway through your trip you would only be charged between your scheduled time and the time you decide you want to end your charter.

  • No, gratuity is not included in the final price of your charter. If you would like to tip your crew the amount is entirely up to you and your level of satisfaction.

  • “Infinity” can comfortably fit 15 guests and the “Infinity II” can comfortably fit 25 guests.

  • Each charter comes with sodas, water and or juice for children.

  • You can bring your own food, snacks, drinks or alcoholic beverages on board. We will provide you with coolers to keep your drinks ice cold!

  • Yes, we can arrange to cater any food, snacks, and drinks of your preference on board and add the total to your final invoice. Receipts will be provided accordingly.

  • All you really need is your bathing suite, change of clothes, a towel and an open sense of adventure! However, feel free to bring anything you would like that would make your trip with us as comfortable as possible.

  • Motion-sickness pills will be available on board, and you can always cut your trip and short if you think it’s too much. If the trip is cut short you would only be charged between your scheduled time and the time you decide to end your charter.

  • Both boats are fully equipped with both snorkeling and fishing gear along with safety jackets and first-aid kits.

  • The most popular pick-up locations are Camana Bay and Kaibo, however if you are located anywhere else on island a different pick-up location can be arranged to best suit your whereabouts.
